Shipping & Returns

UK shipping is free on orders above £400.
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
Typically, devices get shipped next business day. Occassionally when there is no UK stock, we order direct from SonicWall. In these cases 3-5 days is the standard delivery window.
If next business day delivery is required, please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm availability.
For all non-UK destinations please contact us in advance for costs and to arrange reliable delivery.

All delivery times or dates are estimates only, given in good faith, and are not conditions, warranties or innominate terms of this or any other contract. Penteract Ltd will provide notice when the order is ready for delivery. If the customer refuses or fails to arrange collection or take delivery (as the case may be) within 7 days of that notice, then the customer will bear the risk off any loss or damage to the equipment after expiry of that time and the customer will, in addition to the invoice price, pay all costs of storage and any additional costs incurred as a result of such refusal or failure. Penteract Ltd will not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage to the equipment caused by their storage.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by telephone and e-mail up to 24 hours before the order has shipped, and will be subject to acceptance by Penteract Ltd at its sole discretion, and subject to a reasonable administration charge. The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify Penteract Ltd against all loss, costs (including the cost of labour and materials used and overheads incurred), damages, charges and expenses arising out of the order and its cancellation or rescheduling. Once the order has shipped, the normal returns policy (below) will apply.

Returns Policy

Penteract Ltd accepts the return of all equipment provided they are unopened and in their original condition. If goods are returned, as detailed, within 7 days of receipt, Penteract Ltd may issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. A restocking fee may apply. We accept the return of software, licenses, warranties and VPNs only if they have not been activated or used within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns of opened items if they are defective or if there is an error on our part and we will refund the cost of delivery and return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for these charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

Product Specifications

Penteract Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by or resulting from any variation (for whatever reason) in the manufacturer’s specifications or technical data and will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from curtailment or cessation of supply following such variation. Penteract Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to advise the Customer of any such impending variation as soon as it receives any notice thereof from the manufacturer. Unless otherwise agreed, the products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard specifications as these may be improved, substituted or modified. Penteract Ltd reserves the right to increase its quoted or listed price, or to charge accordingly in respect of any orders accepted for products of non-standard specifications.

Proprietary Rights of Software Products

The Customer hereby acknowledges that any proprietary rights in any Third Party Software supplied hereunder including but not limited to any title or ownership rights, patent rights, copyrights and trade secret rights, will at all times and for all purposes vest and remain vested in the Third Party Software owner. The Customer hereby acknowledges that it is its sole responsibility to comply with any terms and conditions of license attached to Third Party Software supplied and delivered by Penteract Ltd. The Customer is hereby notified that failure to comply with such terms and conditions could result in the Customer being refused a software license or having the same revoked by the proprietary owner. The Customer further agrees to indemnify Penteract Ltd in respect of any costs, charges or expenses incurred by Penteract Ltd following action by a Third Party Software owner as a result of any breach by the Customer of such conditions.

Indemnities and limits of liabilities

In no event will Penteract Ltd be liable to the Customer for direct, indirect or consequential damage including (but not limited to) loss of profits arising from loss of data or in connection with the use of the products.

General

The headings in these terms and conditions are for ease of reference only and will not affect its interpretation or construction. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. In the event of any of these terms and conditions or any part of them being judged illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of them will not be prejudiced. Neither party will be liable to the other for any delay in or failure to perform its obligations hereunder (other than a payment of money) where such delay of failure results from force majeure, act of God, fire, explosion, accident, industrial dispute or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Only orders made from the UK or the European Union will be accepted. These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.
